Position Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to provide the necessary tools and information to Sales to enable them to perform. This person is a problem solver who loves to handle multiple projects at the same time and work with field and internal teams to ensure they are equipped.

This will be an hourly position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following represents a list of essential duties and responsibilities; other duties may be assigned as required.

1. Act as primary internal contact for Sales communications.

a. Coordinating Salesmen and account/Marketing Samples

b. Selling tools: Catalog, price lists, etc.

c. Close out/Discontinued selling opportunities and tracking

d. Product life cycle – Adds/Drops/Changes

2. Monitor and identify unauthorized sellers and Map policy violations.

3. Maintain system for account coding, sales order form, Shopify updates, and seasonal set-up templates

4. Coordinate new account approvals

5. Execution support for bi-annual sales meeting & trade shows

6. Compilation/update & publication of weekly/monthly/yearly reporting

7. Participate in other sales/marketing support functions as requested.

Minimum Required Technical Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

· Ideal candidate will have footwear business experience.

· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.

· Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and listening skills.

· Must be able to Work cross functionally as a team/group member.

· Exceptional data entry/computer skills.

· Ability to calculate retail math.

· This position may require limited travel.

Mental Requirements

Fast paced environment handling multiple demands. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Must be able to exercise appropriate judgment, as necessary. Requires a high level of initiative, communication and independence.
